Shiatsu Chair Massage module

During the Basic Shiatsu Chair Massage training, you learn to apply and adapt free, playful variations based on a simple catamodal module to suit the condition of the recipient. You are not therefore learning a standard form of chair massage, but developing your own profession. The most important aspects of this are freedom, creativity, and flexibility to adapt the Shiatsu Chair Massage to the recipient. As part of this basic kata, you also learn some mobilizations and/or stretches that you can use as an extension of this base and according to your own discretion.
