The Iokai Shiatsu training is modular in structure. This way, you can gradually discover what suits you and decide on the level – and with which application – you want to study Shiatsu.

If you have no experience with shiatsu yet, you can start with a trial module at the basic level. Subsidies are available for new students, which reduces the cost of attending a test module be limited.

What is included

The tuition fee includes the teaching materials, which have been developed in-house. In addition, you will also have access to our Electronic Learning Environment, where you will find readers, videos, and recorded webinars to support your learning process.

Practical Shiatsu training

Follow a shiatsu trial module

Are you interested in shiatsu, but would you like to only follow a part of a module for now? That’s possible! The modules of the basic level are available on various moments of the year with an attractive subsidy available for trial purposes.

You will then follow the lessons for about two months and, at the end, you will be able to give a relaxing treatment in one of the four positions. If you feel like it, you can continue with the rest of the basic level after this module.

You can also take another standalone module afterwards. However, then without the subsidy.

At the end of each module, you will receive a certificate indicating the level of your shiatsu treatments.

After completing all modules, and a CPION or SNRO accredited Basic Medical Knowledge training, you will receive the recognized diploma of the Iokai Shiatsu Professional Training.
