Starting dates for basic level modules
The basic year starts three times a year with an introductory day:
Period 1
- September 17 Delft
- September 18 Amersfoort
- September 24 Amsterdam
Periode 2
- December 3 Delft
- December 3 Amersfoort
- December 4 Amsterdam
Period 3
- February 18 Amsterdam
- February 19 Delft
- February 19 Amersfoort
After the introduction day you decide whether you start with the next kata module of the basic level. At the end of a kata module you decide whether you continue with the following kata module
Class days and times
The class schedule is composed of weekday evening classes and a limited number of weekend days. The evening classes are weekly except during vacation periods and prior to and after a weekend lesson.
If you can’t make it on your regular evening, you can take the lesson on another evening or location.
During the basic level you participate once in a three-day seminar. This seminar takes place externally in the area of Lage Vuursche, near Hilversum.
Evening classes Amsterdam | Optionally on Monday or Thursday evenings from 19.00 to 22.00 hrs |
Evening classes Amersfoort | On Tuesday from 19.00 to 22.00. |
Evening classes Delft | On Tuesday from 19.00 to 22.00. |
Weekend classes all locations | Saturday or Sunday from 10.00 to 17.00 |
Four-day training | From Friday morning 10.00 to Sunday afternoon 17.00 |
Western Medicine
Basic Western Medicine is a fixed part of the training. Successful completion of Basic Western Medicine is a prerequisite for qualification for the Iokai Shiatsu diploma.
Western Medicine year 1 | 2 Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm |
Western Medicine year 2 | 5 Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm |
Western Medicine year 3 | 5 Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm |
